高流动性改性PC如何开发？

一般PC材料有中高低三种分子量级别的PC树脂，三种树脂流动性也差别很大。

但是如果做高流动性改性PC时候是否只要加低分子PC（光碟PC）即可？

1、使用光碟级PC调节PC熔指，要关注到PC自身属于内应力极为敏感的材料，光碟级PC尤其容易应力开裂，根据相态分散情况来说，光碟级PC添加量应该要有所控制，不然容易突出低分子应力开裂问题。

2、既然不能使用光碟级PC调整PC那还可以有什么别的方面可以使用？当然有，下面就给大家推荐两款流动性剂，在PC材料中使用几乎不影响PC的性能。

     2.1 通用流动性剂 LD-200 ：添加0.3% 时，熔指可以提高20-30%

     2.2 PC流动性剂 C-501： 添加0.5%时，熔指可以提高80%

3、使用流动性剂有什么好处？

     3.1、由于该流动性剂不是通过断链作用提高熔指，他是通过内增塑等作用提高PC材料的熔指的，从而不会加剧原来材料在内应力开裂等问题，避免了光碟级PC自身发脆特别容易应力开裂的问题。

     3.2、流动性剂可以代替PETS使用，即添加流动性剂时候 即不用加PETS。

     3.3、流动性剂，价格实惠，替换PETS时候，并未增加成本。
